Clue Crown Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Clue Crown (the web app at skandbig.ee/cluecrown (also reachable at skandbig.ee/game and sharks.pw), and the iPhone app once released) is published by Skandbig OÜ, registry code 14463755, Pärna tn 20a, Kuressaare 93814, Saaremaa, Estonia. Contact: support@skandbig.ee.

Playing the game

You do not need an account. The game runs on your device. Your language choice, unlocked packs and company packs you have opened are saved in your browser's local storage on the device only. We use no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

• Motion sensors: used on the device to detect when you tilt the phone. Nothing is recorded or sent.
• Camera and microphone: only if you turn on the reaction video. The video is recorded on your phone and stays there until you download or share it yourself. It is never uploaded to us.

Company packs

If you order a company pack through the form, we receive the company name, your email address, the event date, the pack language and the words you send, plus the IP address and browser type of the request (to stop abuse). We use this to create your pack and to contact you about it. The data is stored on our server in the EU (Stockholm, Sweden) and sent to us by email through Amazon Simple Email Service. Anyone with the secret pack link can open the pack, so share it only with your team. We delete company packs on request and otherwise within 12 months after the event date.

Web server logs

The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security, for at most 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data at support@skandbig.ee. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
