HealthMCP syncs the health data you choose from the Health app to a private relay in the EU. Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat, Cursor, Hermes or your own scripts can then read it over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), only after you link them from the app. Ask how you slept this week or whether your resting heart rate is going up, and get answers based on your real numbers.

Siri and ShortcutsAsk how you slept or how your heart rate looks. These answers are computed on the phone and send nothing.

Webhooks for buildersA signed notification when new data arrives, so your agent can react. Webhooks never carry health values.
